Take the guesswork out of picking giveaway winners. Your entries might come from an Instagram post, a TikTok contest, a Facebook promotion, or a sign-up form linked in your bio. This tool picks fair winners from your list in seconds, and it’s completely free.
Built for social media giveaways
Weighted bonus entries
Many giveaways reward extra actions: tag a friend, share to your story, follow a partner account, or enter every day. Turn on weighted entries and list a person once for every entry they earned. Someone with three entries gets three times the chance of someone with one, and still can’t win twice.
Emails or handles
Collected emails through a form? Paste them or upload the CSV export, and the tool skips header rows and anything that isn’t an email. Picking from commenters instead? Turn off the email filter and paste one @handle per line.
Alternates
Giveaway winners don’t always reply. Draw a few alternates at the same time, in order, so you can move to the next person without a second draw.
Results you can post
Mask the winners (j***@gmail.com) before you share them in a post or story, copy the list, or download a CSV with the draw date and time for your records.
How to run a fair Instagram giveaway
- Post clear rules. Say how to enter, what earns bonus entries, when entries close, how many winners there will be, and when you’ll announce them. Instagram also requires a statement that the promotion isn’t sponsored or endorsed by Instagram.
- Collect entries in one place. A form that asks for an email makes the draw and follow-up easy. If people enter by commenting, export or copy the commenters’ handles once entries close.
- Close entries, then build the list. Add one line per entry. For bonus entries, repeat the person’s email or handle once per extra entry.
- Draw once, with alternates. Turn on weighted entries if your rules include bonus entries, choose your winners and alternates, and press Draw. Screen-record it if you’d like to share the moment.
- Announce and contact. Post the masked results, message each winner, and move to the next alternate if someone doesn’t reply by your deadline.
